Nikki Epps-Baham

Nikki Epps-Baham is a digital marketing strategist with more than 8 years of experience in SEO, analytics, lead generation, and website design. She helps our clients get higher rankings on Google search pages, increase traffic to their website, and grow their customer base using digital marketing strategies & content-writing techniques. Her abilities are well matched to our clients who are focused on inbound marketing strategy, campaign planning, and analytics.​

 

Before launching her marketing career, Nikki worked as an Education Consultant in Higher Education to help secure accreditation in E-learning for Allied Health Science programs. She transitioned into Healthcare Management and served as the Operations Manager and Clinic Supervisor for the St. Tammany Parish Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center. As part of the grant writing team, she raised over $600K for the FQHC as well as oversaw a multitude of services in Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dentistry, Podiatry, and WIC. She successfully built diverse partnerships to help establish sustainable relationships with the surrounding community. Nikki continues to be an advocate for women’s health, minority health, and the underserved population. 

 

She graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry. She holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management and a Masters of Educational Technology. Nikki is a native of New Orleans, LA and currently resides in the New Orleans area.
